Strategy: Mastery-Based Reporting

Actionable growth reports after every assessment cycle

Context

Rather than traditional grade-based report cards, Roots shares Growth Reports after every benchmark period (which occur at an interval of 6-8 weeks). These reports show where a student is relative to their previous benchmark and end of year goal, as well as targets for the next assessment. In addition, the report shares key areas for work at home in each subject area.
