Overview
As part of its statewide Fuse RI program, the Highlander Institute developed a series of district-level recommendations for supporting blended learning implementation. Designed through their research, this classroom walkthrough tool links instructional behaviors seen at the teacher level to district actions. It is designed to help administrators understand their role in raising the ceiling for teacher practice.
