Context
LPS Richmond primarily uses the Flex model for blended learning, where a “online learning is the backbone of student learning, even if it directs students to offline activities at times. Students move on an individually customized, fluid schedule among learning modalities” (Christensen Institute). In the Navigate Math course, each student completes a customized schedule. While one-on-one and small group supports are components of the instructional system, these are created by the teacher based on student need.
