Family STEAM Night “Passport” Form
This form was created by a teaching team at Monterey Peninsula Unified School District for a virtual Family STEAM night. In this session, participating families got to rotate through different STEAM breakout rooms in Zoom. As they completed different stations, they filled in this form to get a digital “passport” stamp they could turn in later to receive an award.
