Overview
The Highlander Institute uses the Bingo Board PD structure to model a blended/flipped approach for teachers. Engaging teachers in this model allows them to experience blended from the standpoint of a learner and the opportunity to approach the content in multiple ways. The Bingo Board structure includes elements of:
- Choice over activities
- Variations in Path and Pace
- Option of working anywhere
- Opportunities for collaboration
- Competition through Gamification
