Leaders, educators, and policymakers all want to understand the effectiveness of programs. At The Learning Accelerator (TLA), we believe that program evaluation should examine both the intended outcomes and the process of implementation. Whenever possible, we prefer to take a mixed methods approach where quantitative and qualitative data can help to explain our findings.
