Workshop
Driven by the previous day’s formative assessments, students participate in blended learning stations in different parts of the classroom that feature student choice about the learning modality for that part of the day.
Marzano's Practice
At the end of each lesson, students assess their progress according to Robert Marzano’s scale. Their self-assessments determine their daily differentiated practice experiences.
Class Dojo Dollars
Students earn (and deduct!) points based on their choices and mindsets during each class. They can then convert these points at the end of each week to participate in the classroom economy the teacher has established.
Video Self-Assessment
Students watch their own pre-recorded video footage (of presentations, discussions, etc.) and reflect on their strengths and weaknesses.
Marzano Levels Poster
This poster helps students accurately assess their level of understanding on Marzano's scale and determine next steps.

The Workshop Board
The Workshop Board is the student-facing display of available stations and work. Depending on how much choice students are given on a specific day, the structure of the Workshop Board changes.
Flowchart Grouping System
This flowchart shows how the teacher makes groups for two week increments of Workshop, using the formative assessments of the previous two weeks. The groups will come to tutoring or work together in the group model of Workshop.
